Nose: "The aromas of juicy and sweet white fruits evoke nectarine and Nashi pear. Lightly candied, fragrant, and fresh yellow citrus notes add a tangy touch. Scents of white flowers (musk rose) with more honeyed nuances such as honeysuckle blend with smoky spice fragrances (saffron) - reminiscent of those found in Ruinart Blanc Singulier Edition 18."
Palate: "The initial taste sensation is vibrant and lively, but quickly gives way to a powerful and enveloping texture. This gustatory sensation provides the dimension of a champagne that is both refined and indulgent. On the palate, notes of white fruits and citrus are present, along with more candied and floral tones. The wine's length reveals delicate bitterness, highlighting the wine's freshness and structure in the finish."
